PHIT Tip#3

A fact of fitness is there must be a challenge, in your mind and body. You must have positive thoughts about your body and determination to make a change in performance, body composition or move fast or lift heavier.

I have learned to only compete with myself. You are your worst enemy and best competition. It is only natural to make comparisons to others, in life, in work and especially at the gym. The more you focus on yourself in these areas, the more success you will have. Energy should not be wasted on watching others or making contrasts about people. Focus your energy on your daily workout, your weekly fitness goals. and your own mindfulness.

Mindfulness?????

What!!!

If you are taking the time to read this, you are mindful of your fitness and interested in a tip! Be aware of your body and mentally focus on your feelings, goals and ultimately your achievements.

SO the time has come for you to look at your day, your week and your life. Set up a plan and make a change and challenge yourself.

As a trainer, I would never ask you to do something that I don't do myself.

I have my very own competition going on. And it is all about staying healthy and working out through my injuries and aches and pains or aging.

Recovery is my goal, in order to perform better and continue working out daily, training and motivating you to give your all!!!

What is your goal?

How will you challenge yourself?

How will you compete with yourself?
