There is so much to be said about making changes. I am in the middle of a big leap into the future of DelcoPHIT! And it's a dream, I have had for a long time. Dreams are wish your heart makes, says Cinderella. But fairytales aren't real and now this timing for my real life to build this dream, seems impossible at times.
The day to day, teaching and creating workouts and guiding you in your routine is where my heart fills. Behind the scenes and using technology and posting on social media, and designing simple marketing materials can bring me to tears.
I feel as though when I look at the path ahead of me, I see big things but the small steps to get to the big things can be draining, hard and complicated.
Bittersweet is a word for my change into the new space.
I am saddened about leaving my friends at Havertown Health and Fitness. And I do enjoy Brookeline Boulevard. I will especially miss Jonathan. If you don't know him, he is the best cleaner at Havertown Health and Fitness.
However the list of sweet things will far outweigh the bitterness.

Change can take a toll on your life, whether unexpected or planned. I have been planning this adventure for a while. But it is the unexpected that gives you the stress, the sleeplessness, the worry, the anger and even depression.
So slowing down, and giving myself time has not been happening too much. I have to say that I resolve to adding that into my schedule some down time. This is also a change for me. No stress, no work, no computer, no lists, looking at lists, just time for me to read, meditate and maybe sleep.
Do you do this??
