Consistency is one of the most important facts of a health lifestyle. There is so many ideas for a routine, best time to workout or best type of workout. But you have to do it, if you do it, you will see change. So pick your personal favorite workout. But stay on the path. Simple of course...not! Life happens and we have so many events and activities and obligations. Well you need to #1 take care of yourself in order to take care of everyone else.
Maybe this means start by walking. Pick a time for you the you can commit to each day. Same time, different day, consistency. This is a walk to improve your health, so don't stroll slowly. You should be uncomfortable. Walk fast!! One block or lap or do it for time.
Nowhere to walk? Jump rope, climb stairs, go for a bike ride, and take time to improve your cardiovascular system. It's FREE!
Consistency is holding together your health. Keep your motivation at the front of your thoughts. Motivation is your positive goal. Set it, share it and write it down, look at it and say it!
