About
This is a group where we take 20 minutes a day to devote to fitness. The fitness will come in all forms, and can be combined with any other class or program if you so desire. However can stand alone to get your body a small dose of movement. There are many plllars to a healthy lifestyle and this is just one of them. I will lead you in a variety of fitness styles, some you might love and some, not so much. But each day is a new day with a new goal to just move your body for 20 minutes...for you.
Life is about balance and I believe by creating a time to move, you are giving yourself your best chance at a healthy life style.
Like I mentioned earlier fitness, is just one pillar.
Another one would be nutrition.
And yet another sleep.
