I am not a fan of the cold! that is an understatement. So with that comes the classes I teach outside. Well, if you dress properly, you will stay warm and move safely. Gloves, maybe 2 pairs! Hats that cover the ears! Layers! Layers! layers!! Under armor makes cold gear!!
