Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Carrots, zucchini, broccoli, celery, cucumber

Proteins!!! Eggs, whole eggs, beans,wild caught Salmon, any grass fed meat

Carbohydrates!Sweet Potatoes, White Potatoes, Whole grain breads, Whole grain wraps, Rice, oatmeal

Fruits!!

Berries, Cherries, Pineapples, Mangos, Kiwis, Apples, Banana, Acai, water mellon

Fats! Coconut oil/milk, avocado, nuts of all kinds
